10 days to be sure. Hair is hard to judge through a screen, so you have 10 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

What qualifies

• Unopened, in the packaging it came in, with the band still on.
• Not washed, cut, coloured, heat styled or installed.
• Asked for within 10 days of delivery.
• Sent back tracked.

Exchanges. Swap for another length, texture or shade that is in stock. If the new set costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund it.

How it works. Ask: start a return from your account, or reply to your order confirmation email, within 10 days of delivery. Send: we reply with the return address; send the bundles back tracked, in their packaging. Done: once they arrive and we have checked them, we refund your original payment or ship the exchange.

Costs. Return shipping is yours to pay. Original shipping and any import duties are not refunded.

Hair that has been opened or worn cannot go to anyone else, so these conditions protect the next person who buys it.
